Owners Julie Tuttle and Dallas Anderson moved to Brush, CO in 2020. They bought their first home together, got married in July 2021, and bought Zazzy Cafe in September of 2021. Excited new business owners and newlyweds, we are happy to be here and be a part of this wonderful small-town community in Fort Morgan.
Julie is a native of Colorado and went to Johnson and Wales University in Denver. She has a degree in culinary arts and has worked in restaurants for the past ten years. She is also an author with her own line of cookbooks. She has experience in working in downtown upscale restaurants and bakeries, has catered many weddings, and has worked in corporate office kitchens.
Dallas is on the business side of Zazzy’s and helps out in the cafe when he’s not working in the product management field. Originally from California, Dallas moved to Colorado in the 1990s and has called Colorado his home ever since. Also, he is our lead recipe taste tester, a very important job.
We have two cats and our hobbies include going for walks, gardening, playing board games, and relaxing at home when not at the cafe. We are passionate about food and coffee and are happy to be here!
